Facebook Channel Integration
You can manage the messages and comments sent to your product's Facebook page from the Desk360 platform. For the necessary adjustments, follow these steps: Product and Channels > choose a product > Facebook
When you click Connect your Facebook pages, you will be directed to the Facebook Login address. By logging into your account, you will complete the integration process.
Now, all messages and comments sent through your Facebook account can be viewed and tracked on the Desk360 platform as a ticket.
All interactions on your Facebook account are reported by META to Desk360. All interactions such as comments on posts, wall posts etc. turn into a ticket on the Tickets tab. You can follow your customer messages sent via Facebook Messenger in the Live Support tab and instantly chat with your customers.
