By integrating your application's Twitter account with the Desk360 platform, you can reply to your customers directly from the Desk360 panel.
All you have to do is to login to your Twitter account after following these steps:
Product and Channels > choose a product > Twitter > Connect Your Twitter Account
After the login process, all feedback from your users will be recorded as tickets on the Desk360 platform. You can easily manage all Twitter interactions by filtering the Twitter channel from the Tickets tab.
