User Groups

You can create teams by grouping your users on the Desk360 platform.

In this way, you can group the people you add according to their expertise or the jobs they are interested in.

To create a group, you should go to Settings > Groups > + Create Group.

When creating groups with your users, you must fill in the following information completely:

  • Group name

  • Group description

  • User name(s)

  • Channel

If you check the option set as default group when creating a group, tickets from the channel you selected will be automatically assigned to users in this group first.
