How to sign up for Desk360?

To sign up for the Desk360 platform, you can go to and click Get for Free or directly click this to access the registration page. There are the fields you need to fill in during registration. Let's take a look at these fields:

  1. First of all, you must specify a domain name. This could be the name of your company or product.

  2. Then, you can complete your registration by entering your name and surname, email, company name, phone number, country and password.

Domain Name

Customer support domain name is defined uniquely for each company. The domain name is entered once and cannot be changed later. Customer support can be given to any number of products under a single domain name.

After determining the domain name, a URL address specific to your company is created in the form of . You can use this link directly to login.
