Ticket Reports
On the Ticket Reports page, users can receive thorough reporting and graphical representations of all tickets created by customers. The Ticket Reports page can only be accessed by users with Admin and Supervisor privileges. The Ticket Analysis Reports page and the User Performance page are both updated every 75 minutes.
