Add Product/Brand

Desk360 platform users can manage the products they want to respond to tickets, as well as the integration of communication channels such as email and WhatsApp under the Product and Channels heading.

Product registration is performed with the Create Product action. To do this, simply enter the name of your product. After entering the name, you perform the product registration by clicking Create.

If you do not want to use the products you have added to the Desk360 panels anymore, you have the option to delete them. However, deleted products cannot be recovered and are irreversibly removed from the system. To delete products, go to the left-hand side menu and select Product and Channels. After selecting the products you want to delete, proceed as instructed in the text at the bottom of the page that will appear.
