You can convert customer comments made for your app in the Huawei AppGallery to a ticket on the Desk360 platform. You will have the opportunity to quickly reply to comments made, as well as to analyze customer messages by categorizing them according to their topics.
You can complete the integration process quickly by following the steps:
Go to Product and Channels > choose a product > Huawei AppGallery.
Search by typing the name of your product in the search bar on the page.
Select your application from the results and click Add.
Fill out the App ID, Client ID and Key inputs and complete the process by clicking Save. You can now manage all feedback from the Huawei AppGallery in the Tickets tab.
