Adjustments to the multiple language support in the Desk360 platform can be made under this section.
To change the language settings, visit: Settings > Localization
We can gather the arrangements you can make here under two sections.
You can determine the language in which you can respond to tickets sent by your customers on the Desk360 platform from this field.
You can determine the language in which you want to use the Desk360 platform from this field. Currently supported languages are English and Turkish.

By enabling this, you can work more efficiently by activating the status of opening tickets in the new tab.
