Multiple Operations

You can perform all operations related to tickets in groups. After selecting the tickets listed on the left side of the panel as shown in the image below, you can press the pencil icon on the top and apply any action you want.

Thanks to the multi-task feature offered by the Desk360 platform, you can quickly select all customer messages. You can apply multiple operations to change the status of multiple tickets or their respective agent, as well as add multiple custom notes. In addition, you can easily respond to all selected tickets at once.
