Listing and Filtering
From the Tickets tab, you can view all customer messages in separate lists for each product.
You can also view the process status of the tickets in the Tickets tab.
Thanks to its powerful filtering feature, Desk360 allows your team to find tickets easily.
On the Tickets tab, you can filter tickets based on:
- User
- Team
- Rating
- Reason
- Ticket Type
- Priority
- Date
Among the Tickets tab, you can make searches based on:
- Ticket ID
- Email
- Name
- Subject
- Device ID
- Country
