With the SDK integration, your mobile app users can contact you via the message box implemented within your mobile app. The SDK integration offers an offline communication. When users fill out the contact us forms including the name, email and message areas, these forms will turn into tickets on Desk360 platform. Once these message forms are answered by customer representatives directly on the Tickets page, app users will receive those answers both by email and the message box within the mobile app.

Mobile app users can start active chats with customer representatives and all chats will continue online. All chats can be managed on the Live Support page.
