User Roles

Roles allow you to create custom privileges and profiles that determine what a user can see and do on the Desk360 platform. These roles help you divide your team into different departments and assign skills to them.

Thanks to the role assignment, your users can work comfortably on the management of tickets or on the issues they need regarding the Desk360 platform, without any conflicts.

Giving users access according to their authorization with the User Role function is especially useful for large teams that are experts in different subjects and have to work in more than one area.

The Desk360 platform offers user identification in 3 roles. It is possible to define roles for your personnel working within your organization in which they can have specially determined permissions and authorities.
