In the Product-based User Performance graph, you can view the number of tickets that users have updated their status as resolved and waiting, depending on the selected product and date range. In addition, you can analyze the user by looking at the number of tickets updated as the status is reopened when the customer responds to the resolved tickets.
However, you can list the date range of the data you want to examine by choosing one of the following options:
Last 7 Days
Last 30 Days
Apart from that, you can also list data by specifying a custom date range.
You can access the performance of your users across all the products you have integrated into the Desk360 platform via this graph. After choosing the date and users from their filters, you can evaluate the data according to their resolved, waiting and reopened statuses.
